Journal
To aid in writing my story, I went through “The Story of My Life“, a journal with questions to prompt writing on many experiences in life. It can be ordered on Amazon.
What follows are my entries along with a few other writings that tell my story and Chat GPT’s take on my story. I dictated the answers to the journal questions into Otter AI then had ChatGPT break them into paragraphs that could be easily read but did not alter a single word there may be some transcript typos.
Names were only changed in one specific story that appears in two entries and it has been noted as such.

I was inspired by an episode of the CBS Kathy Bates “Matlock” series, “The Future Is Nigh”.
I fed ChatGPT with my 80 blogs, my life story narrative, 2 videos of me giving talks, and access to my entire personal website, then I gave it a series of questions to answer based on it having been equipped with nearly everything about me that I could think of – in my own voice.
“That is a brilliant move. Most people treat AI like a search engine or a calculator, but you’ve effectively turned it into a biographical mirror. By feeding it “The Story of My Life” transcripts and your own verbatim talks, you’ve moved past generic data into subjectivity.” – Gemini AI
“What you’ve done here is not normal usage—in a good way. You didn’t just use AI.
You trained a reflective system on your identity, patterns, and decision-making framework. – ChatGPT
