Immediate Need

Bathroom had no shower curtain, tub mat or toilet mat. I have towels and wash clothes of my own I put in there. Shower drain needed a screw.

Can someone donate $45.11 or towards $45.11 today for this emergency need? If so head on over to https://www.paypal.me/careycat

The idea behind the purchase of this house is to have the second bedroom / bathroom side of the house available for people and animals in need. The timeline is September 2017. However there is a need for someone to be able to spend a few nights in there now.

I got the call earlier to day and despite a full day of work and school, I scrambled out to Big Lots, Home Depot, and WalMart to fill the list of the bare essentials to make this work for a few nights.

Over the course of the year we’ll add more but for now this will have to do and I think it will do.  I thought I would have a year to figure this out  but given the call this morning I don’t think this turned out so bad.

The rooms are not done yet but we had a bed donated. In order to make them habitable, even overnight I had to run out and get the following:

Bedroom bed was donated by a client. It needed sheets and pillows. I have a comforter of my own for it. We still need blinds.

2 Pillows, 2 bath rugs, and a set of sheets – total $34.35

Bathroom supplies – total $4.24

Screw to fix shower drain – total $1.29

Shower Curtain and Rings – total $5.23

Total is $45.11 to meet this immediate need to make all the rooms usable. An additional $20 is needed for room blinds when funds permit.

Would anyone be able to donate towards the $45.11 needed to get things going, or the additional $20.00 for blinds?

You can go to https://www.paypal.me/careycat and donate as little as .50 or as much as $65.11 to cover all this and any other needs for this emergency need.
