Tornado!

Today was hard toward devastation of a tornado that went through the side street over I used to live Madison. Nesbitt lane.

There were rows of a dupe duplexes that were missing the tops, top floors. And then we got down to a trailer park towards Gallatin pike. And trailers were just decimated at least four of them. reduced to nothing.

People were going through their belongings strewn all over the place. The pillars were intact, so it reminded me of my own home. I think the only difference between those homes and mine where the path of the tornado was challenging. definitely challenging.

I was there taking pictures and watching the video got shot so that we could raise some money at the Hispanic family foundation. These tornadoes they destroy stick built homes and buildings at church went down. And a Kroger went down.

So I know it’s not just the fact that I live in a trailer. Trailers are obviously more vulnerable. I think what disturbed me was that the pillars were intact on these trailers just like they are rebuilt in mine.

Didn’t really look like anything was wrong with these homes. Unlike mine, where the pillars were slanted and crumbling these pillars were intact. It’s just the homes are wiped out. And you know, one the stairs slash deck was intact.

So it’s locked process through it’s just things that I see in the line of my volunteer work.
