Cure Church Nashville, a non-denomnational church in Nashville
2201 Murfreesboro Pike Building B #207,
Nashville, TN 37217

Sunday Service: 10am

Cure Church Nashville is an intimate church located by the British Woods Apartments. The church itself is a no-frills diverse congregation that ticks all the boxes without the baggage that usually goes with ticking all the boxes. From beginning to end, this church seemed to be straight to the point with no fat to trim.

Pulling into the parking lot, you can see a welcoming sign by the entrance. Before I could even get to the door, the church’s main pastor greeted me and asked me a few questions before I got to the front entry door. Entry in the church is achieved by going up a flight of stairs after the front door and walking a hallway. Once inside, the room is set for about 50 visitors. This room manages to create a very intimate atmosphere for worship at this non-denomnational church in Nashville.

The worship set fired up absent a dedicated guitar player and keyboard player yet managed to be pretty powerful with what they had. To me at least they made more use of what little they had than many make use of that have all the slots filled. The words appeared on an LCD screen behind the worship team. After a few songs, the team transitioned.

The transition included meet-and-greet as well as the customary announcements. They also mentioned that the tithe and offering was moved to the end of the service. After the transition time, the main speaker came up to the front.

The main message was about “Your Lions Den” and challenged people to consider what keeps them from a full relationship with Jesus Christ. It was an interesting pick at a time when most churches are shifting into Christmas programming. The speaker was well prepared and used scripture to back his message. The message was fairly concise but didn’t end the service.

After the message there were a few more segments. There was an alter call. About half the church went up in response to the call. The tithe and offering followed – explaining how the tithe was giving back God’s money. Dismissal followed.

Cure Church, non-denomnational church in Nashville, is a very diverse congregation and a good pick for those who value intimacy and a concise message. Though the church service itself is no-frills, it doesn’t skip anything either. It seems to hit all the beats, service all the needs, and conclude itself with little room for excess. It’s direct approach towards all its segments has value and would definitely be good for those who need a break from their normal church routine.
