Welcome to my insights on Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. Financial Peace University, or “FPU” is a nine week program to help people start saving, pay off debt, start budgeting wisely, and plan for the future.
I have dealt with (as of April 2017) about $20,000 in debt, I have an emergency fund, and should have the majority of my debt paid down soon. It’s been an incredible experience. But along the way I tried some different things. What you will find in this series of insights isn’t a rehash of the class – you need to pay for it and take it – but additional insights that really helped me. They are of course, my experiences and opinions, and may not work for everyone or even anyone.
