Midas 4014 Nolensville Pike Nashville TN Denies Service

On Friday October 10, 2025 I had an appointment at Midas at 4015 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211. The gentleman who looked at my car advised me that I could have the EGR valve removed and replaced as well as go with headers instead of removing and replacing the manifold. His phone # is [redacted]. He texted me and sent me the headers to order so I ordered them for $224.99+shipping.
They arrived on Friday October 17, 2025. I made an appointment on Wednesday October 22, 2025 for Friday October 24, 2025 at 9:00am. I got the email confirmation on Thursday at 11:04am and verified it in person Thursday morning.
I brought the car on Friday October 24, 2025 at 8am. I dropped it off and was told Midas would call and give me an update. I told the the headers were in a SEALED UNOPENED BOX in the trunk,
The car moved at 8:36am, ended at 8:39am, moved again at 9:31am, and ended at 9:33am. I called at 11:11am at which time I was told they hadn’t even gotten to my car. This proved to be a LIE since I saw the car move twice. My onboard system recorded the trips.
They texted at 12:41pm stating they could not get to my car in time. I explained that I drove it over 90 minutes from near the Kentucky boder hoping they would understand this was a big deal to me. They did not reply. I came in at 5pm to get my car and found the box with the headers in it was missing, the pieces of the headers were just in my trunk rolling around loose with pieces all over the place moving around.
If the headers are unusable, pieces missing due to Midas not putting them back in the box, etc I’d like them replaced. Also the front driver door no longer opens from the outside. It opened and worked fine before I dropped it off but when I picked it up it was broken. I had to open the passenger door to open the driver door from the inside and still do,
I am very upset. I called the gentleman who I had dealt with on October 10, 2025 and he told me he thought he would. Still be there when the headers came in but was transferred to Murfreesboro shortly after. I called Rivergate to get the district manager’s number and left my number with that store manager.
It was over 3 hours round trip with a 9am appointment and I left with potentially broken unusable headers, a broken outside door handle, and a bad taste in my mouth with Midas. Midas could have at least put the headers inside the box and they flat out lied that they hadn’t gotten to my car because the headers were open, parts may even be missing and broken now, and I have the system’s record of the car moving twice from where it was parked to the garage and back to where it was parked,
I do not know why the car was started then stopped. The manager said they never got to it because of warranty work. I went to get my hair cut once and told it would be just a few minutes, then someone with an appointment came and bumped me – I was told the appointment took priority because … it was an appointment. I thought I’d have priority with an appointment that was verified through email and in person. I also thought my text explaining the long trip and that the car was in limited use until this was fixed would mean something but it was simply ignored.
I have no explanation for this. I do not know if race was a factor, both employees were white that I dealt with – a white female with redish hair and white male. I do not know who I was bumped for – whether it was another white customer or a person of color like myself.
I was also told by the female white manager that I could go elsewhere to have my work done.
I am VERY dissatisfied. The gentleman at [redacted] said he could take care of me but he’s a good 2 ½ hours away from me or over 5 hours round trip and said the job would take half a day so that’s about 9-10 hours away from home because the Midas on Nolensville Pike refused service to me.
I am requesting this be addressed. I do not have confidence in booking another appointment only to have it sit there all day and then come back at 5pm again and it not be done despite having a twice confirmed appointment.
Please reach out to me as soon as possible.
Pictures below show the ignored email exhange, how the headers were just left loose, potentially damaged, rolling around as well as my record of the car moving twice after they stated at 11:11am they hadn’t gotten to my car yet which is not true according to the movement records of my car’s tracking device.
