In month 1 here’s what I did. It may not be for everyone:
I started going to Planet Fitness (Madison, TN) 3-5 times a week.
I started by going on the Elliptical for 10 minutes. Just 10 minutes a day.
Each week I incremented by 5-10 minutes until I reached 45 minutes.
I cut out the trips to McDonalds, Wendys, Taco Bell, etc.
That is all I did. But it was a start and a very encouraging one. What it did was it allowed me to start a ‘routine’ and establish a ‘habit’.
This was roughly July 18-August 18th, 2014.
